Rules and guideline for the web site reviews section.

For Starting a Review Thread
- Review atleast 3 websites from the existing threads.

For Reviewing a Site
- Be detailed in your review. Try to give tips like how to improve the visibility of the site for the search engines as well as users.
- Put a critic on colors and the layout.
- Good, Nice and other single sentence reviews will not be counted.
- Rather then giving judgements try to give out helpful information to the user.
- What would you put the web site based on a 10 points scale.
