I am in middle of a very nice deal.

The situation right now is:

Client is from US.
Client is interested in one domain name. His spending limit is 200,000.
Client wants a particular domain name he is interested in. I would not declare the domain name here. But it is a nice brandable domain.

If appraised it can be around 20K's to 30K's in value. But still client has given me the range he is willing to stretch for.

Now when the deal is big we don't send spammy emails and "Hiya" stuff. I gave a call to the owner of the domain name who lives in malaysia.

No one picked up.

Next day again made another call. A lady picked up the phone and I announced my name and the reason for calling. But sadly she was not able to understand English language. But tids - bits she scarcely made out the word of her husband and made some sounds like she was saying he is not there.

I understood. And said "Thank You"

The game was going wrong way.

Gave another call after doing some research on timezones and hoping that he will be home for dinner atleast at this time.

Again some lady picked up the phone and this time she was talking something but I only understood one word "Cell Phone"

For which I don't have a number.

I am seeking for a person who knows some asian languages or who lives in malaysia.
