Its easy setting up the domains. Just register into Domain parking company and add your domains into ur account... Change the DNS or Setup forwarding for your domains (this info you will find in your account once u have an account with any parking) .. And just sit back and relax...


Secondly we can get many domains. But the most important Thing is If that domain is getting any traffic. Coz if u just register any bla bla domain you would end up loosing. Best thing is to get the domain. submit the domains in every search engine.. Can use WEBCEO. nice software for submiting your domains to various search engine and directories with good SEO thing.(there are many others just google it)

This are the tips if your domain is brand new...

And once you park your domains through them your domains get listed in google or yahoo.. I have seen few of them like imonetize, trafficz, through them Your domains get listed in search engine over a course of time...

And domain parking would be changing very soon. And our parked pages will not just be links links links......... now they would Have CONTENT. This major step is been done by few of the companies. And i know Trafficz.com they have something called as WEBSITE 2.0. Where your domains have links, banners, and CONTENT... So now we would be seeing a mini site kinda stuff.. And this would also help our domains getting crawled by search engines....

So guys just wait As most of the parking are customizing there templates an adding contents an within few months we would see in many other parking companies................i would update you people if i found any other such stuff...

I'm going to respond to the requests to see some of Sohil's domains. I'm not sure if he feels comfortable doing that. He is giving us much information about how to find domains, how to park them, and how to help them get more traffic. I think it's a little too much to ask him to tell us all the details of what he is doing. If he wants to, then that's great, but I think that's asking a little too much.

And the truth is that you really don't need that information. Follwing his advice, I looked for some domains that were on a topic that I was interested in and felt sure that the bids would be pretty good. In this case, "medical billing software". If you have an expensive product, you are going to have high bids. It doesn't have to be cars or yachts, it can be something like Engines, CNC machines, or construction equipment. If you have high bids you don't need a lot of traffic to make a profit, even if it's to have the domain pay for itself each year at the very least.

I have been at TrafficZ for about a month and had made about $7 with about 80 domains. Well one of 6 medical billing software domains that I just bought a couple of weeks ago just had a $16 day! So, while it's early in my little experiment, it seems to be working.

So, the simple formula that I have learned from Sohil is this:

1) Pick a topic that has pretty good bids.
2) Do some keyword research to find out what people are using for that topic.
3) See if you can find some domains that have the keywords.
4) Pick some of the best ones, register them, and park them at TrafficZ or another place.
5) If you use TZ or another place that lets you do some optimization, do it!
6) Submit the parked pages or find places to get some links.

7) Track what you spend and how much you make. Any domain that is not at least paying for the renewal fee you should probably try and sell so you can buy something that will. If you get an offer to sell a domain for a nice profit, consider doing that. Someone may then resell the domain for more money, but you may not be able to. Sometimes it's better to take a nice profit that's real then lose an imaginary fortune latter. Remember, any business where you can buy something and sell it for at 100% more than you paid for it is a good business, so selling a domain for $20 when it cost you $10 might not be a bad idea.

I just would tell you that what nielsen told is just perfect.. Whatever points he has written are just completely perfect.. Im happy nielsen that you got what i had tried explaining, And happy that some1 got the results.. Really very happy.. Now i can see ur addicted to parking and now u could know y i just love parking domains rather developing ;)


Main things are just do a good research of your ddomain name, which keywords you would put to optimise your page  and then get ur name registered... Thats very important...

Few things i would say is try few parking services i would recommend around 3 minimum and keep ur domain 1 month in each parking service and see where it works best.. And then whichever parking seems good keep ur name with them... Thats the way i do.. People always talk which parking is good. which pays high and all that.. I dont see any parking bad. It all depends on ur name,traffic, keywords and so many things.. some domains work well somewhere others will work well somewhere else.. So you need to find the excat soltmate for ur lover lol.....

Parking companies this days are providing so much of optimisation and so many new things to optimise your domains. Just came 2 know from 1 of my friend who is in charge @ parkingpanel.com.. They would launch some amazing ecommerce template for ur parked pages..

This are some of the example just have a look.. Parked pages are gonna change completely. Every parking is trying to work and improve there parked pages like a real website and this is just the beginning..

There are dozen of parking companies arround. An every1 has something or the other unique stuff.. PArkingpanel i feel is really good in optimising the names.. I have some normal kinda names there which hardly got traffic and i parked the names there.. And had automatic optimisation.. after a month i had a look in my account and was surprised all my names had got some traffic.. was little but i saw some numbers rather than 0.. lol... So theres so much of things going with all the parking.... you should really get going with all those things... You should have accounts in all parking and see how good is there system what they have.. And try them.. Your parked pages are optimised surely and in 3 to 4 months you surely see something going. Surely...

This is just few things.. there are many other stuff and few very important are.. 1 is optimisation.. an keywords.. This really helps..

I just give you 1 example i had registered many names in this coulple of months.. Recently i added some 50 names to active audience and some names didnt had traffic some names got.. few names even got licks.. out of that 2 names i saw got 2 and 4 clicks respectively.. but the earnings when i saw was very less as comaped to name.. Then i just optimised and added few keywords and did some tuning... after 10 days i got again 2 clicks on that and it made me $8 for those 2 clicks.. nearly 100 times more what i got last time ;). So this are the things you need to work out..


If you are knowing what is domain parking, little bit of seo and website stuff then you could really work it out...

N for newbie its not easy.. If you really want to get into all this. Just learn the basic of what is website, and web designing and little bit of seo thing.. Coz once you know all this things then it coul help and you could try  things.. Without knowing anything you get here you are gonna loose 99.99% just 1 in a million could be lucky sometimes;)...

This all things are like diploma and Degree kinda things.. You need to study well all the basic then only you could understand all the things and get going..

always i see a newbie having all the common questions being pinged and they see it like just get a name park it and see ur account earning... $$...

Really its not at all easy, You need to give few years to it to understand and work on all things.. Then you could see something rolling..
